Warranty Request a Free Informational Brochure!     Players Turf Systems LLC Warranty     Standard Warranty   PTS warrants 100% labor and materials for one (1) full year from installation date to be free from any defects or problems on every green installed by PTS. PTS warrants the turf 100% for five (5) years from the date of installation by PTS for the actual full replacement cost of turf materials in the event the turf fades from sunlight or looses 50% or more of its pile height. Non-maintenance or actual abuse of the turf will void the warranty.   Premium Warranty   PTS warrants 100% Labor and Material (No limitations or Pro-rating) for a lifetime from the date of installation by PTS with the purchase of a full maintenance agreement. In the event that anytime during your lifetime you would have any problems with your green, PTS will fix or replace your green entirely at no cost to the consumer. Your maintenance would include visits to your site annually to do the necessary maintenance warranty work to keep your synthetic turf in top condition. Upon completion of your installation by PTS you will be given your warranty paperwork. In the event you would elect to purchase a maintenance agreement for your green, PTS would warrant your project for your lifetime. Your extended Premium Warranty would be an annual fee, which would be inclusive of all labor, materials and site visits regularly to your green.
